Order Process

How can I order in the store?

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart. You can change your selection at any time before submitting your order by adjusting the quantity of products, removing items by clicking the “remove item” checkbox, or canceling the order. Clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button will take you to the next step of the ordering process.

2. Checkout

If you already have a customer account, please log in with your email address and password; otherwise, please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with data protection regulations (Privacy Policy). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed to third parties. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. Click the “Next” button to proceed to the next step of the order process.

3. Check shipping address / select shipping method

Now check your shipping address and select your shipping method. The applicable shipping costs will be calculated once the delivery address is confirmed and will be displayed under “Shipping methods.” Click the “Next” button to proceed to the next step of the order process.

4. Check billing address / select payment method

Now check your billing address - which must be confirmed by clicking the “Confirm Billing Address” button - and select your preferred payment method.

5. Complete the order process / terms and conditions and data protection.

You will see a summary of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing addresses, as well as taxes and shipping costs. Please verify that all information is correct and carefully review the Terms and Conditions and the Return Policy. You may only proceed with the order if you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Return Policy (check the box). By clicking the “Place order” button, you submit your order to us. By doing so, you are making a legally binding offer.
